Measurable Progress in Environmental Sustainability

Alta continued to reduce its environmental footprint through energy efficiency initiatives, responsible resource management and expanded emissions reporting.

The company also expanded its environmental reporting to include operations in the Philippines, supporting greater transparency and accountability across its global footprint.

Alta continued to strengthen its governance framework, formally establishing risk reduction as an enterprise-wide strategic priority and adopting the internationally recognized ISO 31000 Risk Management framework.

In addition, Alta successfully completed an independent SMETA 4-Pillar Audit with zero findings, demonstrating its commitment to maintaining strong standards across labor practices, health and safety, environmental responsibility and business ethics.

These efforts reinforce Alta’s focus on operational resilience, risk management and the responsible business practices that clients and partners expect from a trusted outsourcing provider.
