- With an average of 3,873 employees during this period, our per-employee carbon emissions stood at an impressive 1.1 tons.
Renewable Energy:
- We actively embraced renewable energy sources, with 3.0% of our electricity at our Neenah, WI, headquarters sourced from wind and solar panels in 2021.
Recycling e-Waste:
- Partnering with Iron Mountain, we responsibly recycled electronic devices, receiving a certificate of recycling for all corporate-wide electronic waste disposal.
Paper Conservation:
- Through our collaboration with Iron Mountain, our Green Report for 2022 revealed that we recycled 18.77 metric tons of shredded paper, saving 320 trees, 131,400 gallons of water, and 62 cubic yards of landfill space.
Facility Sustainability:
- Our new Fort Myers building, designed with sustainability in mind, resulted in significant savings: 328,589 gallons of water, 979,042 Kw of energy, 8,000 pounds of pollutants, and 1,000 cubic yards of construction waste diverted from landfills.
Innovative GLAS Tower:
- Our Philippines offices at the GLAS Tower boast sustainable features, including double-glazed, triple low-e high-performing glass windows, a rainwater harvesting system, and ample bicycle parking spaces to promote eco-friendly transportation.
