Oliver Eusebio, or Koji to his peers, started his Alta Resources career in 2012 as a Program Director of Operations handling both Retail and Health Insurance Customer Service. Under his leadership, the team improved performance that facilitated excellent client relations, led to aggressive growth and launched new program opportunities in our Manila office. Today, he serves as Vice President for Philippines Operations leveraging his years of experience in the Business Process Outsource space to ensure that employees are engaged, leaders are empowered and clients are happy.
Koji studied Computer Science at AMA Computer College and then pursued a career in the BPO industry as a Customer Interaction Associate handling queries and assisting Customers in different concerns. He was then promoted to Team Leader where he learned management basics including client SLA reporting. With experience in managing new accounts, Koji became a part of a start-up call center as an expatriate Guatemala Head of Operations where he improved critical metrics and enhanced site performance.
With his years of BPO experience and numerous program start-ups, Koji brings expertise in people management, corporate engagement and business growth capabilities that deliver success to Alta’s Philippines operation.
