John Beré began his Alta Resources career in 2016 as a Director of Strategy, Marketing and Care Service Line. His main focus is on innovation and analysis. Currently, he serves as Vice President Care Operations, where he relies on his strategic thinking skills and passion for customer experience to evaluate industry trends, articulate future client needs and implement best practices.
John Beré studied Economics at Northwestern University and in 2016 earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Before attending business school, John worked as Manager of Corporate Strategy at Davita Healthcare Partners. The summer of 2014 saw John’s first role at Alta as an associate in charge of Special Projects. In this position, he worked with senior management in evaluating strategic partnerships and long-term growth strategies.
With previous experience in corporate strategy, operations and analysis, John has developed a wide array of expertise and knowledge. He is uniquely qualified to help guide Alta Resources as it moves forward and continues to grow in the world of business process outsourcing.
