Alta Resources is proud to host the 2026 CX Leadership Summit, an exclusive, invitation-only gathering designed for senior customer experience leaders and industry experts. Centered around candid discussion, practical insight, and meaningful connection, the summit will bring together a select group of leaders to explore the issues shaping CX today, including AI enablement, cyber risk, customer loyalty, analytics, and evolving partnership models.
The experience begins on the evening of May 6 with an optional sunset boat cruise, continues with the full summit on May 7 at Naples Yacht Club, and concludes with optional content sessions on May 8 at Alta’s Fort Myers office.
Naples Yacht Club
No jeans or denim of any kind are permitted at the Naples Yacht Club. For Thursday, we’ll need to swap our usual Alta casual for something a touch more elevated.
Sunset Cruise
For the optional sunset cruise aboard the Miss Naples Catamaran, we’re back to our casual ways—jeans, shorts, and t-shirts are all welcome.
