This year’s OA500 analyzed 3,018 outsourcing companies from 84 countries, representing over $702 billion in combined revenues and a global workforce exceeding 7.7 million people. From that pool, only the top 16.5% of firms made the final cut—underscoring Alta’s exceptional reputation, performance, and continued growth in the dynamic outsourcing space.

According to industry data, 78% of companies now outsource to access new technology and innovation, while BPO clients report 15–30% operational savings on average.
