Over the past year, we recycled more than 22,000 pounds of electronic waste in the United States, reduced combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 5.59 percent, and directed 51 percent of our IT spend to minority-owned businesses. Our employee engagement reached world-class levels according to Gallup, and our collective efforts earned Alta a Bronze Medal from EcoVadis, placing us among the top tier of companies globally for sustainability performance.
