Steve Seidl is a customer care and sales executive with extensive experience with Fortune 500 consumer brands. Specific experience includes business development and operational leadership of high-quality customer interaction contact centers.
Steve leads the business development team and is responsible for delivering new clients to Alta Resources. He joined Alta in 2001 as a Program Director for a pharmaceutical client, and later went on to lead Alta’s 800-seat customer care operation in Brea, CA. Steve has been in his current role of Vice President Business Development for the past 4 years.
Originally from Wisconsin, Steve attained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Prior to joining Alta, Steve was a District Sales Manager with NAPA Echlin and a Medical Nutrition Sales Specialist with Abbott Laboratories.
Steve’s guidance and experience have proved invaluable in achieving and maintaining Alta’s best-in-class service offerings, and he’s integral to Alta’s continued growth.
