Amy Bouthilet has been with Alta Resources for over 15 years serving in various capacities, including training, quality assurance, and group operations. As Vice President of Global Talent, Amy collaborates globally to support Alta’s continued efforts with our employee engagement strategic mandate focusing on our Gallup partnership, CARE Coaching Model, Leadership Development and Quality Assurance.
With over 20 years of organizational development and training experience focused on leadership and employee development, Amy has built strong relationships and consistently delivered results through her incredible passion and people-first approach. Amy’s ability to connect with clients, team leadership and frontline employees, along with her in-depth knowledge of what it takes to develop an engaged workforce, positions her to optimize the performance of the people who define Alta Resources.
Amy also has an extensive quality background and a personal passion to deliver an exceptional consumer experience. Whether in a corporate support role or direct management of a consumer care team, Amy has a proven track record of increasing consumer satisfaction scores through the utilization of Six Sigma and is a Certified Six Sigma White Belt Trainer. Amy studied Organizational Communication at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She is MBTI(r) certified and has completed leadership development and customer service training programs through AchieveGlobal.
